I am so grateful to have had Paul on my side throughout the home buying process. His support has changed my life for the better. Paul has a discerning and critical eye, and I felt at ease knowing I could count on Paul to A) notice both the good and bad in homes and assess them objectively so I could be informed in my home selection process, and B) he helped recommend people on my home buying team who made it possible for me to buy a home as a first time home buyer, and I truly felt that I had the best team of people all thanks to Paul. Paul is also a skilled negotiator and he made sure I felt comfortable with his recommendations as well, and I highly valued his professional opinions. Whenever tricky situations or delays arose, Paul communicated with all parties on my behalf promptly, and made sure I was kept in the loop. Again, I am so grateful to Paul. He is truly a top notch realtor, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Our experience with Paul was great. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. We were buying a home for the first time, and he walked us through every step of the process, making our journey easy and stress-free. He is a great agent and a wonderful person.

Paul is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. An issue came up in the final days before closing on the house we really wanted. He talked through all options with us and worked diligently to get the closing to the finish line when we decided to hold out for the house we really wanted. I highly recommend Paul's services.
